This course aims to provide SOS Coordinators across components with a foundation for consistently executing the case management model and delivering service to eligible survivors to support the SOS program's mission.
Course Details:
- Target Audience: SOS Coordinators and ACS professionals who supervise SOS Coordinators and ACS professionals who may have contact with survivors.
- Duration: 3.5 hours
- Course Grading: Students need to achieve 80% on the post-test.
